I am a freelance illustrator and animator currently based on the East Coast in the US.

Though I was heavily influenced by anime while starting out, I eventually found a style that I would consider “mine”. Now I continue to expand on that style, occasionally breaking off to try new techniques to create what I envision at that time. You’ll usually see I go by the name “Nar” on my social profiles. This is what my younger sister would call me when she was first learning to speak, saying “Nar!” instead of “Laur/Lauren”. So the name kind of stuck!

My favorite subjects to draw are mainly female characters or subjects based in a fantasy or horror genre.
